 13. Reduce salt intake 

High salt intake puts you at a higher risk for swelling. High amount of sodium contributes to water retention in the tissue. Health experts recommend eating less than 2300mg of sodium daily. 

 14. Cider vinegar 

Take some lukewarm water and mix in an equal amount of apple cider vinegar. Soak a small clean towel in it and wrap around the affected area this help in reducing the swelling of feet.

  15. Lemon juice, cinnamom powder and olive oil paste 

Make a paste by mixing Lemon juice, cinnamom powder and olive oil. Apply this paste on your feet overnight. This remedy can alleviate pain and reduce the swelling. Swollen feet are not a disease itself, but points to a deeper issue. This usually take place when there is increases the fluid in the tissue, making them swell.
